1. Ideate
Before we start working together, there are several things I need to understand to create the best content. Your audience, business, goals, and content strategy/ideas. We can do this via email, Zoom, or phone call; it’s up to you.
2. Create
Once I know your goals and content plan and have your brief, it’s time to work. Typically this starts with going over the brief in more detail, further understanding your company voice, style, and audience, doing subject matter research, and structuring your article. I will then write and edit the copy to sharpen it and make it concise, compelling, and extraordinary.


3. Refine and Finalize
Lastly, I will send the copy to you for approval. This is your chance to make any tweaks and ensure the copy aligns perfectly with your content goals and purpose. While I’ll do my best to hit this first time round, multiple revision rounds are no problem until you are 100% happy with your copy.
And there you have it; there’s your content. Typically, I work with a turnaround of 3-4 days from receiving your brief to writing and finalizing the content. However, this can vary depending on the article’s length, SEO requirements, and subject matter. This is something we can establish during our first meeting.
